What is your refund policy?

What does 'Lifetime' license mean?
If you purchase a lifetime licence, this licence is paid once and has no time limitation, which means you can download and use it at any time after the purchase.
Lifetime
The current version of the program will be available to you for an unlimited amount of time. For this version of the program, you will be provided with free minor updates (i.e. versions 6.1, 6.2 and so on). However, major upgrades (versions 7, 8, 9 etc.) have to be purchased separately. Major upgrades are optional, but keep in mind that older versions are not maintained.
Additionally, if you have purchased the licence within 6 months before the release date, you are entitled to a free upgrade.
Subscription
Our software will only be available to you for a limited period of time. This period can be extended by renewing the subscription. This can be done either automatically (if you agreed to automatic billing) or manually. During the subscription period, you are provided with both minor updates, and major upgrades.
In case the subscription is not renewed, you will be downgraded to the Basic version. If you wish to continue using the program after that, please consider renewing your subscription.
